Google Sheets

Every call becomes a row. Every row can answer a caller.

Connect Google Sheets and your agent logs leads, orders and call outcomes as rows in the sheet you choose, with the columns you name. It also reads sheets: give it an order list, a price table or a delivery schedule and it looks up the matching row while the caller waits. No database, no developer.

What your agent can do with Google Sheets

  • Append a row per call: name, number, request, outcome and anything else you ask it to capture
  • Look up a row by order number, phone number or name and read the result aloud
  • Answer from a price list, stock sheet or roster you already maintain
  • Keep one sheet per agent or per campaign, so reporting stays simple

Google Sheets exposes 50 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Order status from a sheet

  1. Caller

I'm calling about order 5583. Has it shipped?

  2. Agent

Order 5583 shipped yesterday with Aramex, tracking ending 7719. It should arrive tomorrow before 6 pm.

Logging a new lead

  1. Caller

I'd like a quote for solar panels on a villa in Dubai Hills.

  2. Agent

Happy to arrange that. May I take your name and the best time for a call-back?

  3. Caller

    Omar Haddad, afternoons are best.

  4. Agent

Thank you, Omar. I've passed this to the sales team and someone will call you tomorrow afternoon.

Checking a roster

  1. Caller

Who's on call tonight for the warehouse alarm?

  2. Agent

Tonight it's Priya Nair. Would you like me to connect you to her or send her a message?

How to connect Google Sheets

  1. 1

    Create your agent

Sign up to AgentCalls, pick an English or Arabic voice and write what the agent should know and do in plain language.

  2. 2

    Connect Google Sheets

From Integrations in the dashboard, choose Google Sheets and sign in with your account. Connecting takes one click and can be revoked at any time.

  3. 3

    Choose the actions

In the agent editor, enable the Google Sheets actions the agent may use and set each to run during the call or afterwards. Then test it from your browser.

Questions, answered.

Does the lookup happen during the call?

Yes. Row lookups and appends run while the caller is on the line, typically in about a second.

How do I tell the agent which sheet and columns to use?

In the agent's instructions, in plain language: name the spreadsheet and tab and list the columns in order. The agent fills them the same way every time.

Can it update an existing row?

At launch the agent appends rows and looks rows up. Updates run from the post-call step for the actions you enable.

Which plan includes it?

Tool integrations are included from the Growth plan.
