CallOnTheGo

Let your agent look up campaigns, manage caller IDs and check your numbers during calls, with CallOnTheGo.

Connect CallOnTheGo to AgentCalls and your agent can work with your outbound calling setup while it talks to customers. It can check how a campaign is performing, look up your dashboard totals, and confirm the caller ID a customer should expect. It can also add a number to your Do-Not-Call list the moment someone asks to be removed from calls. Actions that cannot be undone, such as cancelling a campaign or deleting a caller ID, are kept under your control in the AgentCalls dashboard.

What your agent can do with CallOnTheGo

  • Check the status and delivery metrics of a Voice AI campaign
  • Add a caller who asks not to be called to your Do-Not-Call list
  • Look up your caller IDs and phone numbers to answer billing or setup questions
  • Pull account summary metrics such as call volume and success rate

CallOnTheGo exposes 29 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Opt-out request during an outbound campaign

  1. Agent

Hi Tom, this is Sam calling on behalf of Brightside Dental about your cleaning reminder.

  2. Caller

Please stop calling me. Take me off your list.

  3. Agent

Understood, I am sorry for the calls. I have added your number to our Do-Not-Call list, so you will not receive any more calls from us.

  4. Caller

    Thanks.

Checking how a campaign is doing

  1. Caller

Hi, I want to know how last week's appointment reminder campaign went.

  2. Agent

Sure. The reminder campaign for the Riverside clinic has reached 1,240 contacts, with a success rate of 91 percent. Do you want the full breakdown?

  3. Caller

Yes, please send it to my email.

  4. Agent

I will flag that for the team to send today.

Confirming the caller ID before a follow-up call

  1. Caller

Which number will the customer see when you call them back tomorrow?

  2. Agent

Calls will come from your verified caller ID, the London office number ending in 4821. Your customer will see that number on their phone.

  3. Caller

Good, that is the one they recognise.

Questions, answered.

Does this work during a live call or only afterwards?

Both. Your agent can run lookups and make changes while a call is in progress, such as adding a number to the Do-Not-Call list. It can also work through follow-up tasks after the call ends.

What do I need to connect CallOnTheGo?

You need an active CallOnTheGo account. Add your credentials from the CallOnTheGo settings, then connect the tool from the AgentCalls dashboard. The integration is included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent cancel campaigns or delete caller IDs?

Not by default. Cancelling a campaign or deleting a caller ID cannot be undone, so these actions are off unless you enable them in the AgentCalls dashboard for your account.
