Supportbee

Create, assign and reply to SupportBee tickets from your phone line.

Connect SupportBee to AgentCalls and your voice agent can work your support queue during a call. It can open a new ticket from a caller's request, look up an existing one, assign it to the right team, and post a reply. Your team sees every ticket in SupportBee as usual, with the call noted on the thread. Connect with your SupportBee credentials from its settings. Your agent only uses the actions you allow.
