MailerCheck verifies email addresses and lists and tells you how many verification credits you have left. Connect your MailerCheck account to AgentCalls with your own credentials from the MailerCheck settings, and your agent can use it during calls. A caller can ask how many credits are left before you run a list, and your agent can look up the status and results of a verification list. Your agent can also create a new list from a name and address the caller gives, or remove a list when you ask it to. Starting a full verification spends credits, so you decide the rules in your dashboard.

Does the agent work during the call or only afterwards?

Your agent uses MailerCheck during the call. It can check credit balances, look up list status and results, create a list, or delete one while the caller is on the line.

What do I need to connect MailerCheck?

You need a MailerCheck account and its credentials from the MailerCheck settings. Sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard, open the MailerCheck integration, and enter those credentials to connect it. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent spend my credits without asking?

Starting a full verification uses one credit per address. Your agent checks your balance first and can be set to confirm with the caller before any credits are spent.
