Let your agent look up and update Lokalise translation keys during a call.

Lokalise keeps your product copy, app strings and translations in one place. Connect your Lokalise account to AgentCalls and your agent can search projects, check translation status and add new keys while it is on the phone with a client, a contributor or a team member. Your agent only uses the actions you allow, and every change is written to your Lokalise project history.

What your agent can do with Lokalise

  • Look up projects and languages available to your team
  • Search keys and translations by language, review state or task
  • Create new keys in a project or branch during a call
  • Check which translations are still pending review
  • Review audit logs for your team (admin accounts on supported plans)

Lokalise exposes 10 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

A contributor asks about pending translations

  1. Caller

Hi, I'm Maya from the Berlin team. Which German strings are still waiting for review in the onboarding project?

  2. Agent

Hi Maya. Let me check the onboarding project for German translations in review. One moment.

  3. Agent

There are 14 German strings waiting for review, most of them in the billing screens. Do you want me to send you the list by email?

  4. Caller

Yes, please. Send it to maya@brightlabs.de.

  5. Agent

Done. The list is on its way to maya@brightlabs.de.

Adding a new key from a phone request

  1. Caller

This is Tom from Northwind Apps. We need a new button label added to the mobile project: 'Save draft'.

  2. Agent

Got it. Which key name should I use, and is this for the main branch or the spring release branch?

  3. Caller

Use editor.save_draft, and put it on the spring release branch.

  4. Agent

I've created editor.save_draft on the spring release branch with the English text 'Save draft'. Translators will see it in the next batch.

Checking project languages before a launch call

  1. Caller

Hello, it's Priya from Gulf Market Co. Which languages are set up for the storefront project?

  2. Agent

Hello Priya. The storefront project has English, Arabic, French and Spanish configured. Arabic is currently at 96 percent complete.

  3. Caller

Good. Can you tell me how many keys are still untranslated in French?

  4. Agent

There are 38 keys without a French translation. They are mostly in the checkout and returns pages.

    Create your agent

Sign up to AgentCalls, pick an English or Arabic voice and write what the agent should know and do in plain language.

  2. 2

    Connect Lokalise

From Integrations in the dashboard, choose Lokalise and enter the connection details from your Lokalise account settings.

  3. 3

    Choose the actions

In the agent editor, enable the Lokalise actions the agent may use and set each to run during the call or afterwards. Then test it from your browser.

Questions, answered.

Does it work during the call or after?

Both. Your agent can search and create keys while the call is live, and it can also follow up after the call, for example by sending a list of pending translations.

What do I need to connect Lokalise?

You need a Lokalise account and a personal API token from your Lokalise settings. Add the token in the AgentCalls dashboard under Tools to connect your account.

Which plan includes this integration?

Integrations are included from the Growth plan. Some Lokalise actions, such as branch access and audit logs, also depend on your Lokalise plan and project type.
