Byteforms for your phone line: check forms, pull responses and create new ones during a call.

Connect Byteforms and your agent can work with your forms while it talks to callers. It can list your forms, look up a specific form, and read back responses that have come in, so a caller asking about a submission gets an answer on the spot. Your agent can also create a new form when a caller asks for one and remove a form that is no longer needed. Connect Byteforms once from your settings and your agent uses only the actions you allow.

What your agent can do with Byteforms

  • Look up a specific form by name or ID and read back its details during the call
  • Check whether a caller has submitted a form and read back the latest responses
  • List all your forms so the agent can tell callers what is available
  • Create a new form from a short spoken description when a caller requests one
  • Delete a form you no longer need, only when you ask for it

Byteforms exposes 5 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Caller checks a form submission

  1. Caller

Hi, I filled in your patient intake form yesterday. Can you confirm it went through?

  2. Agent

Of course. Can I have the name you used on the form?

  3. Caller

    Daniel Brooks.

  4. Agent

Thanks, Daniel. I can see your intake form from yesterday evening, received at 6:42 pm. Everything is in. Would you like to book your first visit now?

Caller asks which forms you offer

  1. Caller

Do you have a form for quote requests for kitchen remodels?

  2. Agent

Yes, we have a kitchen remodel quote form. It asks for your address, the size of the space and your budget range. Would you like me to send you the link?

  3. Caller

Yes please, send it to my email.

  4. Agent

Done. The link is on its way to your inbox now.

Agent creates a form for a new service

  1. Caller

We're launching a spring tune-up service. Can you set up a booking form for it?

  2. Agent

I can create that. Tell me the fields you need, such as name, phone, preferred date and vehicle model.

  3. Caller

Name, phone, preferred date, and vehicle model. Put the title as Spring Tune-Up Booking.

  4. Agent

Created. Spring Tune-Up Booking is ready with those four fields. I will flag it for your review before it goes live.

How to connect Byteforms

  1. 1

    Create your agent

Sign up to AgentCalls, pick an English or Arabic voice and write what the agent should know and do in plain language.

  2. 2

    Connect Byteforms

From Integrations in the dashboard, choose Byteforms and enter the connection details from your Byteforms account settings.

  3. 3

    Choose the actions

In the agent editor, enable the Byteforms actions the agent may use and set each to run during the call or afterwards. Then test it from your browser.

Questions, answered.

Does it work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up forms and responses while a caller is on the line, and it can also create or update records as part of the call. Actions run in the moment, not in a batch later.

What do I need to connect Byteforms?

You need an account with Byteforms and your own credentials from its settings page. Sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard, choose Byteforms, and paste the credentials in. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent delete forms?

Only if you allow it. Deleting a form is permanent, so you can turn off that action in the dashboard and your agent will only read and create forms.
