What do I need to connect Y gy?

You need a Y gy account and its connection details from your Y gy settings. Then sign in from the AgentCalls dashboard and choose Y gy under Integrations. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can my agent create a link with my own ending?

Yes. When you create a short link, you can set a custom alias so the ending matches your brand, as long as the alias is still available in Y gy.
