Keep your Userflow onboarding in step with your customers, straight from a phone call.

Connect Userflow to AgentCalls with your own credentials from Userflow's settings. Your agent can look up a customer's account, create or update a user or group when they call in, and remove records when a request calls for it. Your product tours and checklists stay in Userflow. Your agent keeps the customer records behind them accurate, so the right onboarding shows up for the right person.

What your agent can do with Userflow

  • Look up a user or group by ID and confirm which account a caller belongs to
  • Create or update a user when a new customer signs up by phone
  • Create or update a group (company) and set its attributes during a call
  • Check a content object or version to tell a caller where they are in an onboarding flow
  • Delete a user or group when a customer asks to have their record removed

Userflow exposes 18 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Inbound: a new customer signs up by phone

  1. Caller

Hi, I run a small dental practice and I'd like to get my team set up with your product.

  2. Agent

Happy to help. Can I take your name and the email your team will use to sign in?

  3. Caller

    It's Maya Chen, maya@brightsmiledental.com.

  4. Agent

Thanks, Maya. I've created your user in Userflow and set up Bright Smile Dental as a group. Your onboarding checklist will be ready when you first sign in.

Lookup: a caller asks about their onboarding progress

  1. Caller

I started the setup last week but I'm not sure which steps I finished.

  2. Agent

No problem. What email did you use to sign up?

  3. Caller

    james.okafor@northlinefitness.co.uk

  4. Agent

I found your account. You've finished the welcome tour and the first two checklist tasks. The remaining three are inviting your team and connecting your calendar.

Outbound: a customer requests account removal

  1. Agent

Hi, this is calling from AgentCalls on behalf of Desert Bloom Cafe. Is this a good time to confirm a request?

  2. Caller

Yes, I asked to close our account last month and nobody followed up.

  3. Agent

Sorry about that. I've removed the user and group records from Userflow, so your team will no longer receive onboarding prompts. Is there anything else I can help with?

  4. Caller

    No, that's all. Thank you.

Questions, answered.

Does the agent work with Userflow during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up, create, update or delete users, groups and content records while the caller is on the line. It can also run the same actions after the call, for example to finish a sync.

What do I need to connect Userflow?

You need a Userflow account. Copy your credentials from Userflow's settings and add them in the AgentCalls dashboard under Tools. Then your agent can use Userflow on your behalf.

Which plan includes Userflow?

Integrations, including Userflow, are included from the Growth plan.
