Take payments, send invoices and create payment links from your Razorpay account, on the phone.

Connect your Razorpay account to AgentCalls and your agent can work with payments while it talks to customers. It can create a payment link and send it by message, raise an invoice for a customer, check an order, or cancel an unpaid invoice or link you no longer need. You connect with your own Razorpay credentials from its settings, so every action runs under your account. Your agent handles the paperwork during the call so your team can focus on the customer.

What your agent can do with Razorpay

  • Create a payment link during a call and send it to the customer straight away
  • Raise an invoice with line items for a customer, and issue it when you are ready
  • Create a payment order for a specific amount in INR before collecting payment
  • Cancel an unpaid invoice or an active payment link that is no longer needed

Razorpay exposes 42 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Questions, answered.

Does the agent work with Razorpay during the call or after it?

Both. During a call your agent can create payment links, invoices and orders in real time. It can also follow up later on outbound calls, for example to remind a customer about an unpaid invoice.

What do I need to connect Razorpay?

You need an active Razorpay account. Sign in to your AgentCalls dashboard, open the Razorpay integration, and connect it with your own credentials from your Razorpay settings. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent cancel a payment by mistake?

The agent can only cancel an invoice that is still in issued status and unpaid, or a payment link that is still active. Paid invoices cannot be cancelled through the agent.
