Does this work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up orders, read shipment details and estimate shipping while you are on the phone. It can also send follow-up messages after the call ends, if you set that up.

What do I need to connect Printify?

You need a Printify account with the shops you want the agent to use. Sign in from the AgentCalls dashboard, then add your Printify connection from its settings. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent publish products or place orders?

No. The agent can create draft products and estimate shipping costs, but it does not publish products or place orders. You review and approve anything that goes to production.
