Does the agent work during the call or after it?

Both. During a call your agent can look up interview status and invite or add candidates in real time. You can also use it for follow-up calls to candidates who have not finished their interview.

What do I need to connect Hireflix?

You need an active Hireflix account. Enter your own Hireflix credentials in the settings, then sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard to finish the connection. Hireflix integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent send candidate notifications by mistake?

Inviting a candidate sends the notifications configured on that position right away. If you only want to add a candidate record without sending anything, the agent can create the interview without notifications. You control which actions your agent is allowed to use.
