Give your phone agent access to your Glasp bookmarks, highlights and summaries.

Glasp keeps the pages, PDFs and highlights your team reads. Connect your Glasp account and your agent can look up saved material during a call, save a link someone mentions, or log highlights from a conversation. Your agent works from the same notes your team uses, without anyone having to search for them. Connection uses your own Glasp credentials, set up once from the AgentCalls dashboard.

What your agent can do with Glasp

  • Save a URL as a Glasp bookmark, or update it if it is already saved
  • Look up a saved summary by ID and read the key points back to the caller
  • List recent bookmarks and highlights to answer what your team has saved on a topic
  • Create new highlights from notes taken during a call
  • Check Kindle highlights imported into Glasp for a book your customer mentions

Glasp exposes 9 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Caller asks for a saved article

  1. Caller

Hi, my account manager sent me a link about pricing changes last month. Can you find it?

  2. Agent

Sure. I can see a bookmark saved in your Glasp account titled Q3 pricing changes. Do you want me to send you the link by text?

  3. Caller

Yes, please. And read me the summary if there is one.

  4. Agent

There is a summary. It covers three changes: a new annual discount, a move to per-seat billing, and a grace period for existing accounts. I have texted you the link.

Save a link during a sales call

  1. Caller

Before we hang up, can you save the case study I mentioned? It's on the Northwind site.

  2. Agent

Of course. What is the web address?

  3. Caller

    It is northwind-ops.com slash clinic-case-study.

  4. Agent

Saved to your Glasp bookmarks under Northwind clinic case study. Anyone on your team can open it from there.

Outbound follow-up with highlights

  1. Agent

Hello, this is Maya calling for Lark Dental. I am following up on the book you shared about patient retention.

  2. Caller

Oh yes. I highlighted a few sections. Did you want to see them?

  3. Agent

Please. I can see your highlights from the book. The section on reminder timing is the one you marked most often. Shall I book a short review with Dr. Lee on Thursday at 3 pm?

  4. Caller

    Thursday at three works.

Does the agent work with Glasp during the call or after it?

Both. During a call your agent can look up bookmarks, summaries and highlights, and save a link or new highlights as the conversation happens. It can also run follow-ups after the call using the same actions.

What do I need to connect Glasp?

A Glasp account and its credentials from Glasp's settings. Add them once in the AgentCalls dashboard under Integrations. No coding is needed.

Is the Glasp integration included in my plan?

Integrations are included from the Growth plan. Lower plans can see the Glasp page but need to upgrade to turn it on.
