Create, find and check contracts in Contractbook during your calls.

Connect Contractbook and your agent can work with your contracts while it talks to customers. It can find a document a caller is asking about, read its status, and send a PDF link by text or email. It can also start a new draft from one of your templates, so your team can review and send it for signature. Your agent does not send contracts for signature or delete anything, so the final steps stay with your team.

What your agent can do with Contractbook

  • Find contracts and check their current status while on the phone
  • Read a contract's details and send the PDF link to the caller
  • Create a draft from one of your Contractbook templates after a call
  • List your templates so the agent picks the right one
  • Check whether a document is ready and tell the caller when it will be

Contractbook exposes 9 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Caller asks where their signed agreement is

  1. Caller

Hi, I signed our service agreement last week but I never got a copy. Can you check?

  2. Agent

Of course. Can I have the name on the agreement or the company email it was sent to?

  3. Caller

It's Rachel Morgan at Morgan Dental, rachel@morgandental.com.

  4. Agent

Found it. The Service Agreement for Morgan Dental is fully signed. I'm sending the PDF link to rachel@morgandental.com now. You should see it in a minute.

New client needs a draft agreement

  1. Caller

We'd like to get started with your cleaning service for our office in Leeds. What do you need from us?

  2. Agent

I can prepare the standard cleaning contract for you now. What is your company's legal name and the address for the contract?

  3. Caller

Northgate Logistics Ltd, 14 Canal Street, Leeds.

  4. Agent

Thanks. I've created a draft from our standard cleaning template with those details. Our team will review it and send it to you for signature today.

Follow-up on a contract still being prepared

  1. Caller

Did the lease amendment for our Dubai office go out yet?

  2. Agent

Let me check. The amendment for Al Noor Trading is still being generated, so the PDF isn't ready. It should be available shortly, and I can have it sent to you as soon as it is. Would you like that?

  3. Caller

Yes, please send it to my email when it's ready.

  4. Agent

Done. I've noted your request and the PDF will go to your email once it's ready.

Does this work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up contracts and create drafts while a caller is on the line, and it can follow up with a link or a summary afterward.

What do I need to connect Contractbook?

You need a Contractbook account and its credentials from the Contractbook settings. Then sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard and connect the tool. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent send contracts for signature or delete them?

No. Your agent can create drafts and share PDF links, but it cannot send documents for signature or permanently delete them. Those steps stay with your team.
