Give your phone agent a computer it can use to look things up and act.

Orgo gives your agent its own cloud computer. During a call, your agent can check a workspace, start a virtual machine from a template, take a screenshot to see what is on screen, and carry out simple steps such as clicks, scrolling and short scripts. Use it for research, data checks and routine tasks that need a real screen. Your agent asks for confirmation before anything irreversible, such as deleting a computer or running code that changes data. Connect your Orgo account once with your own credentials from the Orgo settings page.

What your agent can do with Orgo

  • Check which workspaces and computers are available, and their current status
  • Start a new cloud computer from a saved or curated template during a call
  • Take a screenshot and describe what is on screen before the agent acts
  • Click, drag or scroll on a running computer to complete a task
  • Run short Bash or Python scripts after you confirm the exact code and target

Orgo exposes 11 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Checking a supplier portal before a call

  1. Caller

Hi, can you check whether the Halden order has shipped? Their portal only works on their site.

  2. Agent

Sure. I'm opening your research computer and loading the supplier portal now. One moment.

  3. Agent

The order was packed on Tuesday and shipped with tracking ending 4471. It should arrive Thursday afternoon.

  4. Caller

Great, please email that to me.

Starting a fresh research session

  1. Caller

I need someone to pull competitor pricing for the Dubai market this afternoon.

  2. Agent

I can set that up. I'll start a new computer from your research template in the Marketing workspace. Should I go ahead?

  3. Caller

    Yes, go ahead.

  4. Agent

Done. The computer is running and I've opened the first pricing page. I'll send you the summary by five.

Confirming a risky step

  1. Caller

Can you clean up the old test computer from last month?

  2. Agent

I can delete it, but this is permanent and removes all its data. The computer is named test-sandbox-03. Do you want me to delete it?

  3. Caller

Yes, that one is fine to remove.

  4. Agent

Deleted. The workspace now shows four computers.

    Connect Orgo

From Integrations in the dashboard, choose Orgo and enter the connection details from your Orgo account settings.

  3. 3

    Choose the actions

In the agent editor, enable the Orgo actions the agent may use and set each to run during the call or afterwards. Then test it from your browser.

Questions, answered.

Does Orgo work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can use Orgo while you are on the line, for example to check a page or take a screenshot. It can also run longer tasks after the call and send you the result.

What do I need to connect Orgo?

You need an Orgo account and an API key created in the Orgo settings page. Sign in to your AgentCalls dashboard, choose Orgo, and enter your credentials. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Will the agent do anything irreversible without asking?

No. Actions that cannot be undone, such as deleting a computer or running code that changes data, need your explicit confirmation during the call.
