Connect Humanloop and let your agent check projects and experiments during calls.

Connect Humanloop to AgentCalls with your own credentials from Humanloop settings. During a call, your agent can look up the projects and experiments in your organization, check recent sessions for a project, and create a new project when a client asks for one. Callers get quick answers on the phone, and your team keeps the same records they already use. Deleting a project stays under your control, so the agent only removes one when you explicitly allow it.

What your agent can do with Humanloop

  • Look up the experiments and their status for a specific project
  • Check recent sessions for a project by page and size
  • Create a new project with a name and description during a call
  • Confirm project details back to the caller after each change

Humanloop exposes 4 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

Client asks for project status

  1. Caller

Hi, this is Daniel Reyes from Northwind Labs. Can you tell me where our summarization project stands?

  2. Agent

Of course. Which project ID should I check, Daniel? It starts with pr.

  3. Caller

It's pr_8f21, the one we started in March.

  4. Agent

Thanks. It has three experiments. Two are complete and one is still running, with a configuration update made on the 12th.

Request for a new project

  1. Caller

Hello, we'd like to set up a fresh project for the support chatbot pilot.

  2. Agent

I can create that in Humanloop now. What name would you like to use?

  3. Caller

Call it Support Chatbot Pilot Q3, with a short note that it covers the refund flow.

  4. Agent

Done. Support Chatbot Pilot Q3 is created with that description. I'll send you the project ID by email.

Follow-up on recent activity

  1. Caller

Hi, it's Priya from Brightpath. Have there been many sessions on our onboarding project this week?

  2. Agent

Let me check. Could you give me the project ID so I pull the right one?

  3. Caller

    Sure, it's pr_3c90.

  4. Agent

There are 42 sessions on the first page of recent results. The latest was about an hour ago. Would you like the next page?

Questions, answered.

Does the agent work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up projects, experiments and sessions while the caller is on the line, and it can create a project during the call. Each action is logged so you can review what was done.

What do I need to connect Humanloop?

You need a Humanloop account with the credentials from its settings page. Sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard, open Integrations, and add Humanloop with your credentials. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent delete projects?

Deleting a project is permanent, and it removes all linked sessions, datapoints and evaluations. The agent can only do this if you enable that action in your settings, and it confirms with the caller first.
