Does this work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can create an image or PDF while the caller is on the line and send the link straight away. It can also run follow-up tasks after the call, such as generating an invoice for a finished job.

What do I need to connect it?

An HTML/CSS to Image account with its own credentials. Copy them from the tool's settings, then add them in the AgentCalls dashboard under Integrations. Your agent cannot use the tool until you sign in from the AgentCalls dashboard.
