How to connect HackMD

Does it work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up, create or trash notes while the caller is on the line, and it can also run actions after a call ends.

What do I need to connect HackMD?

A HackMD account and a token from the HackMD settings. Sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard, open the HackMD integration and paste the token to connect.

Can the agent delete notes permanently?

No. Notes moved to trash can be restored from the trash in your personal workspace. Team trash is not available through the agent.
