Let your agent check, triage and update Bugsnag errors during a call.

Bugsnag tracks errors and stability across your software. With AgentCalls connected, your agent can look up open errors, check how many users are affected, and update error status when your team asks by phone. It can also create saved searches and invite collaborators with the right access. Connect your Bugsnag account from the AgentCalls dashboard using your own credentials. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

What your agent can do with Bugsnag

  • Look up open errors and their current status by project
  • Report how many users and events a specific error has affected
  • Update error status, such as marking an issue resolved or ignored
  • Create saved searches for recurring error patterns
  • Invite a collaborator to your organization by email

Bugsnag exposes 60 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Example calls

On-call engineer checks an alert

  1. Caller

Hi, this is Dana on the on-call rota. Can you tell me how many errors are open on the checkout project right now?

  2. Agent

Sure, Dana. The checkout project has 4 open errors. The most frequent one is a timeout in the payment service, seen 312 times in the last 24 hours.

  1. Caller

This is Omar from Brightline Studio. Our mobile app crashed for some users yesterday. Is that logged?

Sign up to AgentCalls, pick an English or Arabic voice and write what the agent should know and do in plain language.

  2. 2

    Connect Bugsnag

From Integrations in the dashboard, choose Bugsnag and enter the connection details from your Bugsnag account settings.

  3. 3

    Choose the actions

In the agent editor, enable the Bugsnag actions the agent may use and set each to run during the call or afterwards. Then test it from your browser.

Questions, answered.

Does this work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can answer questions and make changes while the caller is on the line, and it can log notes or follow-ups after the call ends.

What do I need before connecting Bugsnag?

A Bugsnag account with access to the projects you want the agent to use. Enter your credentials from the Bugsnag settings in the AgentCalls dashboard. Your agent only sees what that account can see.

Can the agent delete error data?

Deleting all errors in a project is not offered by voice. Destructive actions are restricted so that only owners and administrators make them, and they are not part of phone calls.
