What do I need before I connect Autom?

You need an Autom account with your own credentials. Copy them from the Autom settings, then sign in from the AgentCalls dashboard and paste them into the Autom connection. Your agent only uses the lookups you allow.

Which AgentCalls plan includes Autom?
