Does this work during the call or after it?

Both. Your agent can look up campaign results, analytics and subscriber logs during a call, and it can create segments or drafts while the caller is still on the line.

What do I need to connect AimTell?

An AimTell account with its credentials. Sign in to the AgentCalls dashboard, open Tools, choose AimTell and enter your credentials from AimTell's settings. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Can the agent send a campaign or delete data?

The agent can only create drafts, never schedule or send them. Deletion actions exist, but they are destructive and should be used only when you intend them.
