OneTapCheckIn

Add check-in lists and attendee profiles to your phone agent with OneTapCheckIn.

Connect OneTapCheckIn to AgentCalls and your agent can work with your events during a call. It can look up a list or attendee, find a participant's record and check their status, create a new attendee profile, or add existing profiles to an event list. Each action is limited to a single known list or profile, so nothing broad or historical gets changed by accident. Set it up once from your AgentCalls dashboard with your OneTapCheckIn credentials and your agent is ready to use it.

What your agent can do with OneTapCheckIn

  • Look up an event list by ID or search your lists by name
  • Find a participant by ID or check their attendance status
  • Create a new attendee profile during a call
  • Add existing profiles to an event list without checking them in
  • Remove a single profile or list you specify

OneTapCheckIn exposes 19 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

Questions, answered.

Does it work during the call or after it?

Your agent works during the call. It can look up records, create profiles and update lists while the caller is on the line, and it reports back what changed.

What do I need to connect OneTapCheckIn?

You need an OneTapCheckIn account and its credentials from the tool's settings. Enter them in your AgentCalls dashboard. Integrations are included from the Growth plan.

Will the agent check people in or remove data?

Adding profiles to a list does not check anyone in. Deleting is limited to one specific list or profile at a time, so bulk or historical changes are not made.
