Engage

Add and update Engage customers, accounts and lists from your agent's calls.

Connect Engage to AgentCalls and your agent can act on your customer records during a call. It can create a new customer, add a caller to the right list, or update their details without you touching the dashboard. It can also archive a list to stop new sign-ups or archive a user who should no longer receive messages. Your agent works inside Engage with the tool's own settings, so the changes show up in your messaging the moment the call ends.

What your agent can do with Engage

  • Create new customers or accounts with their details during the call
  • Add a caller to one or more lists so they receive the right messages
  • Convert a customer to an account, or the reverse, when the relationship changes
  • Archive a user or a list when a contact opts out or a campaign closes

Engage exposes 22 actions. You choose which ones the agent may use and whether each runs during or after the call.

What do I need to connect Engage?

You need an Engage account. Add your Engage credentials in the tools section of the AgentCalls dashboard, then sign in to finish the connection.
