Does the agent use Builder.io during the call or only afterwards?

Both. During a call your agent can look up live content, check models and folders, and create draft entries. Changes such as drafts, archives or deletions happen as the call takes place, and the agent confirms them to the caller.

What do I need to connect Builder.io?

You need a Builder.io account with access to the Space you want to use. Open Builder.io settings, copy your credentials, and sign in from the AgentCalls dashboard. Your agent can only read and change what those credentials allow.

Which plan includes Builder.io?

Tool integrations, including Builder.io, are included from the Growth plan. Smaller plans can view the integration page but cannot connect tools yet.
